- If this request is < 30 days from my website approval, my request may be covered under my site warranty. For all other requests not covered by my site warranty or maintenance plan, I understand that graphicten bills $65/hour for non-emergency requests and $125/hour for emergency requests and that there will be a 1 hour minimum charge for graphicten to investigate/diagnose my issue. If additional time beyond that initial 1 hour is required to fix my issue, graphicten will provide an estimate in writing for my approval. I also understand that graphicten does not offer 24x7x365 support and that my request may not be answered until after the start of the next business day (eastern time) if I submit after hours or during a weekend or holiday.
