Website Subscription Signup

Website Subscription Service Agreement
This Agreement is made between Graphicten, LLC (“Provider”) and the subscribing client (“Client”) upon acceptance of the subscription plan and successful payment.

Services Provided
Graphicten agrees to provide website design, development, hosting, and support services based on the selected subscription tier: Starter, Business, or Professional. Services include:

– Initial website setup and design
– Hosting and website maintenance
– Ongoing support as outlined in the selected plan

Term and Termination
This Agreement is month-to-month and will automatically renew until cancelled by either party with at least 14 days’ written notice.
If payment is not received, services may be paused or terminated after 7 days of non-payment.

Ownership & Access
The website design, code, and structure remain the property of Graphicten unless a buyout agreement is signed and paid for in full by the Client.
Domain names purchased by the Client remain the Client’s property.

Support and Maintenance
Support response times and service scope vary based on the subscription tier.
Requests outside the plan’s scope may be billed separately at Graphicten’s hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided.

Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly via automatic payment.
Missed or failed payments may result in service interruption.

Limitation of Liability
Graphicten is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or related services.

Modifications
Graphicten reserves the right to modify the subscription plans or terms with 30 days’ notice to the Client.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Marion County, Florida.

By subscribing, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
