Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a mesh screen to transfer ink onto a material, like fabric. Popular for customizing t-shirts, hoodies, and other pieces of apparel, screen printing produces a high-quality, long-lasting print.
We use plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks to screen print apparel. Plastisol is essentially a liquid plastic and the most widely used ink in the industry. Water-based inks are thinner, produce a softer feel, and have become increasingly popular. Discharge inks are water-based, but include an additive that can increase color vibrancy in some applications.
In our experience, screen printing is the best option for larger orders, with simple images that use a limited number of colors.
Turnaround times can vary widely depending on the complexity of the order, the current workload, and specific customer requirements. Generally, a standard turnaround time might range from 1 to 2 weeks, but it’s important to confirm this with us, especially if you have a tight deadline.

Proper artwork preparation is key to a successful screen print. We recommend you submit your designs in vector format (.ai, .eps, or .svg) for the best results, as these formats allow for resizing without loss of quality.
