“Hi, I’m Mike with Air Balance Solutions, ABS Heating & Air. We’re located here in Ocala and I came looking for a website. When I first started out, I just made my own website and I figured, you know what, just to get a website out there, get our name out there, I’ll just make a generic website, used GoDaddy, and just kind of designed it myself. So, I thought it turned out pretty well. Yeah, some people that do it professionally, they could tell I made it myself, so it didn’t turn out the best. But, you know, it worked for what we had, but we just were not getting the traffic from it. I mean, we literally were getting nothing from the website at all.
So, we went to Mike. We talked about what we were looking for, what we really need, what our expectation was for the performance of the website, and how we wanted it to look. My wife was heavily involved with a lot of that. But once Mike got involved and started making the website, the whole process… I never realized how intuitive and all the back-end stuff that went into making a website and how thorough Mike was with everything. The whole process was very eye-opening and surprising to us, honestly. But the end result has been miles above what we could have possibly hoped for.
Mike was very upfront from the beginning. He explained that we want to drive all of our outside traffic, as far as our SEO stuff, to the website, and then that generates the phone calls. So, setting all that up for the website to be the main hub essentially for where all our SEO stuff went—he really delved deep into making sure it was going to be right. Like he’s responded within minutes. Or I sent him a text message like, ‘Hey, is this something that we’re able to do with the website or can we add this?’ And I’ll get a response almost immediately. I know it’s not always like that, but I can tell you if Mike’s got the time, he’s responding right away. He really is.
